Introduction

At Trinity Martial Arts & Self Defence, we occasionally take photographs and record videos of our students during training sessions and events. These images and videos may be used for promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to:

• Club websites and social media platforms
• Printed marketing materials such as flyers and brochures
• Training and educational resources
• Local or national media (with prior notice)

To comply with UK Data Protection Laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we require your explicit consent before capturing and using any images or videos in which you (or your child) appear.

• Request the removal of any images or videos in which you or your child appear.
